Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop PON and L2/L3 switch hardware (50G/25G PON, 10G EPON, 25GS/XGS-PON BOSA on Board)
- Design and validate products and troubleshoot technical issues
Essential Qualifications
- BBachelor’s degree or above from a four-year university
- Open to all majors
- 4–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Broadband Access technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SFP+ modules/sticks
- Experience developing L2/L3 switches or OLTs
- Understanding of calibration algorithms
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
